2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp vegan butter
vanilla extract (dash)
pinch of pink himalayan sea salt
1 tbsp cashew milk
2-3 tbsp dark chocolate chips
3 drops mint extract
1. In a medium sized microwave safe bowl, melt down vegan butter
2. Add vanilla and mint extract and sea salt
3. Add in protein powder and mix until incorporated, add cashew milk if needed to help get desired cookie dough texture
4. Add dark chocolate chips and enjoy!
