Macronutrients (per serving) - 34g protein, 3g carb, 0.5g fat

Recipe Yields: 1-2 servings (1 serving for a large mug, 2 for mini mugs or ramekins)
1/2 CUP LIQUID egg whites (i USED LIQUID MUSCLE)
2 scoops protein powder (ONE SCOOP VANILLA AND ONE CHOCOLATE)
Dash of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking powder
dark chocolate chips
1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, whisk together egg whites, vanilla, baking powder and protein powder, until desired consistency.
2. Add in as many dark chocolate chips and mini marshmallows as you'd like, and place batter evenly into two ramekins (or small mugs) or 1 large mug.
3. Microwave for 1 minute, in two 30 second intervals until you see the batter rise and fall slightly,
* Note: it is VERY easy to overcook mug cakes in the microwave, especially when using a drying ingredient such as protein powder, so be careful and microwave your mug cake according to your microwave settings and to your discretion!*
