White Chocolate Pumpkin Protein Pudding

 Macronutrients (per serving) -  14g protein, 0.3g fat, 3g carb 

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Chill Time: 1 Hour 

Recipe yields: 4 Servings 

 

Ingredients: 

1 Pack of white chocolate pudding mixture (fat and sugar free) 

1/2 cup Cashew milk 

1/2 cup Pumpkin puree 

1/4 tsp ground ginger, clove, nutmeg and cinnamon 

2 scoops vanilla or salted caramel protein powder 

 

Directions: 

1. With a whisk, whisk pudding mixture, cashew milk and pumpkin puree together. 

 

2. Add protein powder and spices until well incorporated. 

 

3. Place mixture into 4 glass bowls and refrigerate for 1 hour
