Protein Pancake Bites

MACRONUTRIENTS (Entire Batch) 

47g Protein, 15g Fat, 33g Carbs 

 

Ingredients: 

- 1 Cup pancake mix (Im using Flapjacked Protein Pancake Mix) 

- 1 Scoop Protein Powder 

- 1 Cup Cashew Milk 

- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter

 

Directions: 

1. Combine Protein pancake mix, protein powder and cashew milk. 

 

2. Add peanut butter and incorporate well. 

 

3. Place batter in a mini muffin/cupcake tray and bake off at 350F for 10 minutes! 

 

 

 

Let cool, Eat & Make Gainz
