Caramel Protein Frappuccino

26g Protein, 8g Fat, 6g Carbs 


- 2 cups Almond Milk (unsweetened) 

- 1-2 tbsp Sugar Free Caramel (Im using Walden Farms) 

- 1 scoop protein powder (Im using Optimum Nutrition's Whey in Vanilla) 

- Couple of ice cubes 





Easiest directions in the world: 


1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend well until you reach your desired consistency!
